Jean Wagner

I am what most people call "one of a kind". I am what seems to be a mix of interests, education and talent. I assure you that most of them are related. I have worked with animals and humans all my life, all kinds, both wild and tame. I have talked to animals since I was a small child. 25 years ago I became a massage therapist and very shortly after graduation I was certified as a nutritional counselor.

Horses came into my life in 1979 and started the quest for knowledge that still continues today. In 1984 I met Linda Tellington-Jones and was introduced to her fantastic TTeam and TTouch system and have been doing it ever since.

My Goal:
I have traveled countless miles and spent many hours attending seminars and trainings in my pursuit to understand and work with these magnificent creatures. As a result I have become a rather competent trainer and instructor.

My goal is to give back all that i have learned for a modest, fair price so that the joy of being with a horse is not lost in this frenetic world we live in. Horses are real and offer reprieve from the digital, the virtual and the fleeting. I will try to teach you what it is like to feel oneness with a horse.

The Horses: Most of them have been bred, birthed and raised by me. They all have excellent ground manners and are handled every day. Them can be ridden or driven if you know how and if you don't, you will just have to come to Meadowind Oaks for lessons.

Visiting from afar?
Meadowind Oaks has received visitors from across the US and several foreign countries. Some have just been horse people and needed a little "horse fix". Others found me by fate or word of mouth. Many have stayed a while or returned as we always have fun!
